ICON is titled Grand Champion at Royal Queensland Awards 2023

To achieve Grand Champion of the Royal Queensland Awards, against the best of the best, is an honour to say the least. This is testament to the unparalleled dedication of the Paradigm Foods and extended supply chain team.
In the highly competitive Wagyu Marbling Score 7+ class, ICON scored the overall competition’s highest result of 91.7 points, where the Chief Judge of the Royal Queensland Awards, Elaine Millar, commended the quality and taste of the product. “The grand champion was exceptional in its depth of flavour which lasted delicately on the palate for an extraordinary time and melted like almond-infused butter,” she said.
As the Grand Champion, ICON will take centre stage at the Ekka Steakhouse, allowing Brisbane locals and regional visitors to experience its exceptional quality. We are humbled to be featured alongside Queensland’s top steaks, offering Ekka attendees a chance to experience the award-winning steaks for themselves.
