How it all started.

Justin Slaughter, Chief Executive Officer, AgTrade
Nick Thompson, General Manager, Paradigm Foods

Paradigm Foods is a division of AGTRADE International, and a sister company of Australian Rural Exports (AUSTREX).

Justin has been associated with the company since 1993, and has worked in AgBusiness his whole life, while Nick grew up in agriculture and specialised in
Australian protein exports. Justin and Nick both sit on the Board of Directors.

Paradigm Foods started in 2018. Since then, it has grown to employing more than 20 dedicated team members and we’re incredibly proud to have delivered over 26 million dining experiences around the world.
