At the 2024 Australian Wagyu Association (AWA) Branded Beef Competition, ICON received Class Champion and a Gold Medal in the Commercial Wagyu MS 5-7 class, along with a Gold Medal in the Crossbred class.

The AWA Branded Beef Competition is one of Australia’s longest running competitions of its kind and sets out to celebrate the extraordinary quality of Australian Wagyu Beef.

Judges praised ICON for its remarkable softness and clean palate feel, describing it as rich yet delicate with bursts of toasted caramel and nutty flavours.
